About the Artist

I have always been fascinated with watercolor paintings. I love the wet, uncontrolled, self mixing effects created with just paint and water. It is the perfect medium for my loose free flowing style.

For the past 30 years I’ve been painting and selling my work at various art festivals and local shows. The last 20 years I have been sharing my experience by teaching adult watercolor painting classes through the City of Auburn Parks Dept., City of Kent Parks Dept., and other local venues. I have over 100 students a week of all levels and painting styles. It’s so fulfilling to see my students showing and selling their work.

Whatever your style, detailed and representational, or loose and impressionistic, I encourage you to do what you do and I will help you develop your style. I would enjoy being a part of your watercolor journey.

I believe anyone can paint and that I can bring out the Artist within….!
